Position : Manager - Process / Quality Excellence & Service Management - (Shared Services-Finance)   Experience :   - MBA/Post Graduate with overall 8- 9 years of experience with relevant exposure to Finance Shared Service domain, including quality control, process and internal audit.   - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt   - 3 + years of strong functional knowledge of Quality & Process re-engineering /Business Process Excellence & Quality role & Transition Management   - Should have handled BPMS (Conceptualization and deployment)& should have exposure to cross functional process improvement projects   Remarks :   - Only Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Candidates Can Apply   - Candidates Having Experience In Finance Shared Services Needs To Apply   Key Responsibilities :   - Drive Improvement projects/activities across the vertical.   - Transfer the knowledge and skills learned during the expert training sessions to other employees.   - Redesign processes to suit the improvement plan   - Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.   -Net work with other experts to exchange learning and good practices both internally and externally   - Remove barriers to progress & Drive root cause analysis for respective process issues and build an ongoing process of corrective/preventive measures to prevent their re-occurrence   - Act as P2P expert with ERP Knowledge, Interact with users to understand their pain areas and suggest solution and drive implementation.   - Act as Change manager, representing SSC in all process documentation, standardization and improvement / automation initiatives.   - Accountable for driving process automation & improvement with Business stakeholders   - Robust structured governance reporting to various stakeholders   - Driving the Organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness on KPI, to strive towards process excellence   Competencies :   - Should have exposure of Transition Management   - Should be Black belt certified   - Should possess good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills.   - Should be willing to question the authority   - Liase with functional / vertical managers to accept and agree the need for change   - Questioning and challenging the authority.   - Should be able to introduce different innovative concepts   - Should have a strong : logical bent of mind, Business Acumen, Thought Leadership, Strategy Execution   - Should have experience in Business process mapping and improvements at department level.   - Exposure to cross-functional process improvement projects.   - Exposure to one or more ERP Systems   Interested candidates can contact the Nitin Kalra at 9810604061
