This role will work to ensure that optimisation projects/initiatives are delivering measurable improvements.

Job Description :
- The role will provide support and consultancy to the functions to help identify opportunities to improve effectiveness or efficiency of the functional activities.
- You will work with multiple stakeholders including functional leadership to identify areas of improvement.
- You will work directly with functional partners in recommending the best options to stakeholders and gaining alignment on initiative prioritization.
Profile :
- Bachelors/master's degree with a minimum 5+ years of process optimization experience.
- Certification in process optimisation methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lead BPM.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry is preferable.
