You will be a member of our client Process Optimisation team which has broad responsibility for identifying and driving global process and efficiency improvements, including analytical process modelling and organisational design consultancy, using industry recognised risk, analysis and modelling techniques  Principal Responsibilities:  - Working with Partner teams in all parts of the business to analyse, review and identify business improvement opportunities and strategies, planning and working with business and project teams to ensure delivery in a co-ordinated, consistent and effective way.  - Ability to drive cross functional projects to deliver improvement in efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction  - Act as a source of structured change management and process improvement experience, providing business leaders with independent support and business change recommendations as required  - Perform progress/ status related reporting to senior management and committee structures  - Identify, understand and manage inter project dependencies, risks and issues  - Ensure integrity and consistency in all initiatives and allocated tasks  - Understand and adapt to changing roles within the business and industry  - Demonstrate usage of Six Sigma and Lean Sigma tools and techniques and maintain an up to date knowledge of change management skills and techniques  - Ensure all procedural and business related documentation remains up to date including databases, network filing systems and hard copy archives, if necessary.   - To deliver Green Belt Training and act as a mentor and coach to partners to drive improvement projects  Skills/Experience:  - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (good MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Minitab skills)  - Excellent listening, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to work with Partners at all levels within the organisation  - Strong change and project management skills  - Objective, open-minded, out-of-the-box-thinker and change agent  - Enthusiastic and proactive approach with good attention to detail  - Good understanding of the asset servicing and/or asset management industry  - Overall 8-12 years of work experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience
