Position Title - Manager Process Excellence

Span of Control : None (Individual Contributor)
Location - Noida
Shift Timing - 12 :30 PM - 9:30 PM(Cab Facility provided by firm)
Frequent Travel Expected

Basic Function :
The business consultant will support all aspects of transformations projects.
Job duties include but are not limited to: conducting operations assessments, requirement gathering, identifying transformation opportunities, designing solutions, creating transformation roadmaps, implementing target operating models, managing change, as well as gathering and analyzing data, developing models, support the monitoring and reporting of progress on projects, managing project risks and issues and tracking project deliverables and results by
- Supporting the mitigation of significant operational risks/issues on transformation initiatives to ensure expected results are achieved
- Supporting the partnership with business owners to design vision for Target Operating Model transformation and develop roadmaps to achieve the vision
- Manages and coordinates transformation work-streams
Essential Functions :
- Under general supervision lead transformation work streams
- Supports the supervision, management and execution of transformation initiatives
- Contributes to the identification of critical business issues, areas of improvement, and to the establishment transformation plans and teams.
- Supports the development of clear case for change, detailed scope, desired outcomes, accurate and realistic cost benefits analyses, clear roles and decision-making for specific transformation projects and/or programs
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports
- Actively participates in and take ownership of deliverables related to the operations assessments, the identification of transformation opportunities, and the design and implementation of target operating models that improve operations efficiency and effectiveness through process reengineering, technology and transformation initiatives
- Ensures appropriate governance and monitors transformation project progress, budgets, risks and issues to ensure timelines and deliverables are met and manages communication with senior stakeholders, with primary focus on local stakeholders

- Excellent ability to conduct or participate in information gathering via interviews, request for information templates and workshops with clients
- Excellent ability to interpret data and generate business insights to provide support or develop recommendations.
- Excellent ability to own the outcome - present findings to stakeholders, support execution of business transformation plans
- Ability to exercise judgment to make decisions for less defined issues and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Drive operations & business transformation best practices
- Excellent understanding of strategy and business transformation frameworks and methods
- Ability to continuously learn new methods and best practices
- Understand & best in class research models that benchmark superior delivery levels on global assignments
Process & Technical Specific Skills :
- Strong business process transformation understanding
- Process re-engineering exposure, work-flow mapping
- Process assessment from an operations perspective
- Some exposure and understanding of emerging areas like digital, analytics, mobility in consulting assignments would be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and Share Point

Education Requirements :
- MBA from a reputed educational institute
- Excellent Academic track record
Work Experience Requirements :
- 7-10 years professional experience, preferably within insurance or BFSI domain as a management consultant
- Preferable, experience working with Big 4, IBM, Accenture, or similar roles in Insurance/ BFSI domain
- Fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to deliver on time and beyond client expectations
- Flexible, diligent, motivated, reliable and proactive personality with superior problem solving skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel).
- Team oriented.
