Manager - Process Excellence - Shared Service Division - Chemical Manufacturing

- Urgent looking for incumbent to design, develop, monitor, analyse the periormace matrics for business processes.

- This opportunity is with shared service division of leading chemical manufacturing company.

- Design, implement, and evolve meaningful productivity metrics, assist in development of service level agreements, and other critical KPIs

- Develop advanced dashboards to communicate performance results and trends to shared service centre and Business stakeholders

- Partner with functional managers to provide key metrics to support stretch performance goals for teams in order to meet business needs

- This position will be closely working with process owners.

Desirables:

Qualification: B.S. degree in accounting, mathematics, statistics, engineering or computer science/PG

Continuous Improvement competencies including: Six Sigma methodology, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, and lean transformation

Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green belt or higher)

Experience: 12+ years, Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or analyst role

- Experience with analysis of business processes, identification of improvements can drive business process improvement

- Thorough understanding of how to build metrics and connect a hierarchy of metrics and dashboards to organizational goals and objectives (e.g. chaining critical success factors (CSFs) to key performance indicators (KPIs)).

- Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes

- Thorough understanding Continual Service Improvement principles and practices
