MBA from a reputed institute

Yrs of experience - 8-9 yrs.

Location : Gurgaon

Process improvement with Six sigma Black belt experience.

Must have handled 2 six sigma projects.

Must have experience in building Lean and Six Sigma.

Experience in Finance Shared Service domain, including quality control, process and internal audit.

Strong knowledge of quality and measurement tools and processes

Accounting Principle and Financial Statement knowledge.

Program management & change management

Problem solving tools and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership, team building, influencing and communicating skills

Proficient on MS Excel & MS Power point.

BPMS Conceptualization and deployment and should have exposure to cross functional process improvement projects.

Develop a quality audit process. Drive innovation and automation projects.

Organizing Lean and Six Sigma based training programs involving multiple stakeholders

Ensuring selection of process improvement projects.
