Job Description :  - Support all aspects of transformations projects.  - Actively participates in deliverables related to the operations assessments, the identification of transformation opportunities, and the design and implementation of target operating models that improve operations efficiency and effectiveness through process re-engineering, technology and transformation initiatives.  - Supports the development of clear case for change, detailed scope, desired outcomes, accurate and realistic cost benefits analyses, clear roles and decision-making for specific transformation projects and/or programs.  - Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports.  Desired Profile :  - 8-12 years professional experience with 5-10 years in Financial Services consulting.  - Excellent ability to conduct or participate in information gathering via interviews, request for information templates and workshops with clients.  - Excellent ability to interpret data and generate business insights to provide support or develop recommendations.  - Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel).
