Manager - Process Excellence
- Prepare the detailed quality plan for the organisation with associated risk and opportunities;
- Develop, drive implementation & monitor metrics programs that allows Management to quantify the current state;
- Design, build and deliver training programs (YB, GB and BB)
- Identify re-engineering and continuous improvement opportunities;
- Identify opportunities for eliminating cost, and Increasing efficiency
- Drive implementation of identified initiatives through a mix of projects and small improvements;
- Establish and manage projects to deliver improvement opportunities
