Manager Process Excellence Role

Responsibilities:

- Plan and Drive end-to-end transformation programs across practices and locations.

- Lead the team along with driving multiple simultaneous high impact organization wide projects

- Solution deployment and implementation

Must haves:

- 10+ years of experience in Process Excellence and business transformation role

- Expertise in project management, deploying RPA and other platform-based software solutions.

- Rich experienced in creating Wireframes, User Stories, Logicflow diagrams/Swimlanes

- MBA (preferably in Operations Management or Finance)

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

- Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the team along with driving multiple simultaneous high impact organization wide projects

- Plan and Drive end to end transformation programs across practices and locations

- Serve as a change agent and coach for team members and Practice Leaders

- Write / Review business cases, project plans BRDs, justify business case and drive process improvements

- Develop governance process with Practice leadership related to the effectiveness of the process excellence initiative

- Partner with key stakeholders to establish key performance indicators and achieve QoQ process excellence financial targets

- Drive benchmarking internally and externally to identify leading practices

- Conduct entitlement studies, lead process re-engineering projects and streamline workflows

- Solution deployment and implementation

- Conceptual skills (ability to see the big picture, derive plans from goals and objectives, grasp complex ideas and come up with answers for difficult problems)

Preferred candidate profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Process Excellence and business transformation role

- 6+ experience in software development and implementation

- Expertise in project management, deploying RPA and other platform base software solutions

- Rich experienced in creating Wireframes, User Stories, Logicflow diagrams/ Swimlanes

- Prior experience in UiPath will be added advantage

- High level proactiveness and willing to take larger responsibility

- Self-driven, highly motivated and drive speak-up culture

- MBA (preferably in Operations Management or Finance)

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage

- Understand, use, and train others on tools like Design Thinking, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Process Modelling, process documentation, Business Requirements Definition, writing Business Cases.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
