- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles as part of lean deployment to improve end-to-end process design, including activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices and creating and assessing performance measurements.

- Ensure all the process changes suggested and implemented are within the risk & compliance guidelines

- Working in Lean – Six sigma Black belt role, primary responsibility is to ensure a continuous quality improvement through transformation projects. Implementation of Six Sigma & LEAN methodologies to bring in Top line and Bottom line improvements to the business metrics.

- Mentor Six Sigma / LEAN Projects and ensure timely closure, verify savings of the projects.

- Undertake Value Stream Mapping for End to End business value chain and publish Kaizen newsletter

- Identify process and business KPI’s (CTQ’s and CTP’s)

- Successfully maintaining high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations while ensuring ongoing client relationships

- Identifying and develop value-added service opportunities.

- Coordinating with IT team for design, development and deployment of software solutions for the business
