Support Quality and Safety investigations through coaching on Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and applicable tools. - Provide coaching on building CI loops to Process Centric team members - Facilitate deployment of Individual, Business Process and Leader Standard Work. - Drive Visual Management and Meeting Cascade in identified Value Streams or Work Centers. - Enhance capability of colleagues through appropriate training and coaching interventions - Responsible for delivery of process improvement and project management services to diverse business functions globally.
