Client :-

Our client is a leading MNC with interest in Logistics/ Shipping/ Oil Drilling / Heavy Machinery. They are looking for some one with good pedigree institute wise as well as previous job experience. This job is not open for IT consulting background people.

Job Description:-

- To plan and lead Customer Experience initiatives on implementation of BPR , Six Sigma, Lean Process approach, and knowledge management initiative to achieve excellence in all business KPIs in Customer Experience function.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Process / Policy Design & Business Process Reengineering.

- Identify gaps in Process / Policy with respect to VOC.

- Mentoring Lean Six Sigma Project Teams across different verticals.

- Create road map for completion of Lean Six Sigma projects.

- Circle Best Practice evaluation and recommendation for National replications.

- Evaluate Best Practice inputs received from various clusters and bench marking.

- Audit validation & close looping mechanism.

- Facilitating Internal and External audit teams, creating process & policy checklist to ensure all critical and non critical factors are audited in the processes.

Qualification :- Engineering/MBA from a premier institute

Industry:- Any

Salary:- 16.5 to 19 LPA depending upon years of experience
