Process & Complaince Manager within the SA Products team would ensure complaince to all regulatory related requirement of Savings account Product Suite. In addition to this, process & complaince manager would extend support to the front-line resolving KYC related queries
Roles & Responsibilities
Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables - Develop processes for Savings Account basis RBI guidelines to ensure least impact to both internal and external customers
- Ensuring Product Adherenace to Regulatory Guidelines
- Competition benchmarking
- Being up to date on RBI & Gazzette notifications in the Retail Liabilities space
- Assist in data submission during RBI and Internal audit
Secondary Responsibilities - List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role - Product and KYC awareness
- Channel support and query resolution
- Customer communication
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities - (if applicable) - Good at stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations
- Knowledge of Channel Management will be preferred
