Manager - Process Benchmarking Specialist

We are looking to hire process benchmarking specialists for one of the world's leading management consulting firms.

- Role would involve global stakeholder management and team management.

- Knowledge of Tibco Spotfire would be preferable.

- Strong academic credentials and good communication skills would be preferable.

- Candidates with 7-10 years of experience in benchmarking of back-office processes like IT, Finance,Supply Chain, HR, customer, etc, in a professional services / KPO / Research / Consulting firm would be desired.
