Job Description :
- Lead problem management team for graphic designing services with 24 x 7 coverage
- Responsible for the effective implementation of escalation process
- Responsible for driving, developing, managing and maintaining the lifecycle of all incidents.
- Responds to user escalations and engage functional lead(s) and service delivery management as required.
- Have clear understanding of process flows right from customer placing orders to shipping of orders.
- Focus on preventing incidents from happening and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
Essential Skills :
- Must have team handling and building experience
- Developed and setup the escalation desk in the organization
- Creative problem solving capabilities and a desire to work in an agile, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication and critical thinking skills
- Good judgement and ability to manage problems outside of one's area of expertise
- Experience managing teams in a 24 x 7 environment
- Experience working with teams across geographies and locations
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is a plus
Must be open to Relocate to Ahmedabad
