What You will do Everyday?- Lead and manage all phases of qualitative primary market research projects and analysis, including but not limited to, discussion guide development and design, data collection oversight (domestic and international), synthesizing and analysing interviews and presentation development
- Understand and address client's key business questions by leveraging problem-solving skills and frameworks
- Translates understanding of brand strategy and client needs & beliefs into likely hypotheses, and ensures analytical approach is effective in testing hypotheses to find most relevant insights
- Anticipates potential challenges in analysis and proactively works with team to figure out a mitigation strategy
- Train and manage more junior level staff along with being responsible for their growth
- Identifying sales opportunities with existing clients (as appropriate) and aid in proposal development & study design
- Demonstrates creative flexibility and innovation to modify design approach as necessary with more abstract client feedback or changing business project objectives
- Drives innovation and proactively participates in firm building activities
Your Superpowers:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (including but not limited to business, economics, applied mathematics, physical or life sciences, engineering, marketing, psychology, statistics, or relevant fields) from a top tier university; Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field and strong academic performance in coursework
- 4.5+ years of post-collegiate job experience in healthcare consulting with hands on experience with the full project lifecycle of qualitative PMR studies
- Experience in qualitative research methodology including TDIs, IDIs, ethnographies, focus froups etc.
- Well developed knowledge of a wide range of custom market research methodologies to apply to various business needs
- Knowledge/ experience in a broad range of qualitative methodologies
- Well versed in pharmaceutical industry including global healthcare systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid business acumen and marketing orientation
