Manager - Pricing Models/Quant - Bank

The deliverables include :

(a) Testing/documenting model and product requirements and assumptions with Quants and Traders,

(b) Involvement in application re-design/optimization and application transformation projects and

(c) BAU functional support for end users.

About the role :

The incumbent of this role can expect to undertake the following activities that are core to the role :

- Be a strong team player and develop a strong relationship and mentor members of the Quant team

- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to enable the timely delivery of tasks.

- Assigns prioritised tasks to Quant support and Quant development members and holds them accountable for the delivery while overseeing the delivery process.

- Be willing to take responsibility for meeting the needs of the team, keeping team involved and up-to-date.

- Ensure self and team adhere to applicable compliance requirements.

Required candidate skills :

- Experience in modeling / model validation of pricing models.

- Good experience in fixed income space.
