Manager-Pricing Management- With SBI Cards & Payment Services

Role Summary/Purpose :

Periodically track and monitor fee lines and identify reasons for variance, if any; Identify opportunities to ensure targets are met and implement finalized solutions Revenue Enhancement and Leakage mitigation.Pricing projects implementation

Essential Responsibilities :

- Periodically track and monitor fee lines and identify reasons for variance, if any; Identify opportunities to ensure targets are met and implement finalized solutions

- Coordinate with Finance to close gaps and make required changes in the fee model

- Track fee waiver adherence and periodically review waiver adherence policy and SLA performance with Customer Service; recommend modifications, if required, to ensure minimization of revenue leakage

- Competition Benchmarking on various fee lines and charges; recommend modification/ introduction of fees and charges accordingly and implement in coordination with relevant stakeholders

- Ensure all fees and charges related changes are communicated to the customers through all touch points

- Highlight fee leakage/ overcharging instances identified during internal audits; initiate system changes to plug the identified loop holes; -publish Revenue benefit due to proposed system changes

- Keep the Fees and charges processes 100% Audit ready; implement Audit action items in coordination with other stakeholders

- Conduct Pricing Council meeting on a quarterly basis; publish minutes and track completion status on all discussed points

- Standardize fees and charges across products; analyze impact and benefit; implement changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders

- Coordinate between network team and various SBI Card functions for operational issues and for new practices/ processes implementation

- Recommend portfolio spends and promotional activities basis the Interchange rates structure and dynamics

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Full Time MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Finance preferred

- B.E., B.Tech.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Credit Card, Financial Services or Consulting
