Manager - Pricing CoE

Roles:

1. Responsible for providing leadership to the Pricing CoE, building long term vision for the CoE and translating the vision into an actionable roadmap.

2. Responsible for building internal capabilities and alignment with stakeholders to support accomplishment of CoE roadmap.

3. Developing pricing maturity road map for served businesses through deployment of advance analytics, data driven insights for discovering price improvement opportunities and consistent price management processes that support profitability improvement.

4. Identifying and developing required skills that help improve effectiveness of the pricing function.

5. Deploying data driven insights about customers and competitors to align pricing strategies to current market conditions.

6. Engaging with industry bodies to bring in an outside perspective and supports to keep company initiatives on pricing current with industry trends.

7. Being a member in Leadership Team, actively participating and contributing to key initiatives in the local organization, engages with other CoE heads to identify opportunities for value proposition enhancement through internal collaboration.

8. Responsibility to channelize and appropriately serve business requirements through collaboration with all CoE heads and also extend scope of relationship with the designated business.

9. Managing pricing processes with little or no variations across customer groups and/or channels and understanding that pricing strategy is based on aggregate price/volume/cost relationships and economics.

10. Anticipating business needs and serve up opportunities that will significantly improve top line growth and bottom line improvement.

11. Maintaining close liaison with resources inside & outside, to ensure optimum service delivery and coordination with business

Desired Candidature:

Candidates having 12+ Years experience in handling all gamuts of Pricing & who can relocate to Pune is preferred.

MBA (Business/Finance) or other advanced degree preferred with strong financial acumen and Numerical Aptitude with 10-12 years of experience and with 8+ year's as Leader of People.

Business proficiency in the following areas is required:

- Strong business acumen and ability to transform & simplify complex data

- Good understanding of market dynamics.

who has excellent command of analytical pricing tools, strong understanding of business and ability to develop value-based pricing strategies.
