- Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models - Pull reports from the database using analytics tool and develop hypothesis - Laise with systems and IT for report generation and ensure availability of any data required by Pricing manager - Understand gross margin by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, conversion rates and margin rates - Forecast margins with help of the analytics tool knowledge - Monitor input costing changes and generate reports on sensitivity analysis, Cost contribution - Present pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions - Communicate and help implement pricing changes in systems and Finance modules - Work on pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations - Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the industry via information obtained from financial publications and services, government agencies, company sources, and personal interviews - Assist R&amp;D efforts with market views and feedback - Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to drive analysis-driven change - Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements - Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools Skills : Experience in analytics and usage of tools, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, good knowledge of forecasting and predictive analytics, field sales knowledge Education :Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, operations, research, statistics, math, Analytics Salary offered: 10-11LPA
