Position Description :
- As part of the pre-sales process, should work effectively with sales and delivery teams to submit the solution / proposal to customer. Planning of sales strategies, the positioning the company in contrast to the competitors.
- Write proposals in co-ordination with delivery and sales teams
- Crafting and completing RFP's and RFI's .
- Develop and assemble sales decks for client presentations and meetings
- Manage customer expectations. Anticipate client side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or delivery teams in advance through effective communication.
- Generate cross selling and up-selling opportunities, and building sales leads through a regular process.
- Contribute to external and internal brand awareness - US based clients and India - Philippines based delivery teams
- Participate in key PR and social media opportunities and internal communications
Mandatory Skills :
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Strong personal and team time management skills
- Hands-on ability leading and managing a direct report pre-sales and marketing team
- Experience crafting content for white papers, proposals, presentations, etc.
- Experience working with US clients or US market knowledge
- A hands-on collaborative style of working a must
- Willing to work timings that allow 3-4 hours of overlap with US work hours.
Experience :
- 8+ years of pre-sales experience with at least 4+ years of relevant experience into Proposal writing and presales activities.
- Experience working with US customers or knowledge of US market
- Strong experience in the IT services, technology consulting, enterprise software, or outsourcing industries
Education : Master's Degree with a specialization in Marketing desirable
