Profile : Mgr Pre-Sales.

- Responsible for qualification and pre-sales processes inclusive but not limited to product demonstration and customization.

- Working towards enabling clients to discover value in terms of monetary, effort, visibility and usability improvement in their supply chain network.

- Provide SaaS Support to the Enterprise customer.

- Sandboxing

- Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of customers' technical support, service and issues.
