Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all client facing technical pre-sales and post-sales deployment
- Assists sales account managers to drive salesFast track new accounts to #SaaS usage
- Mapping customer requirements to current and upcoming product capabilities
- Create pre-sales content, Demos & customer testimonials
Desired Candidate Profile:
Work Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in CRM/SaaS based solutions
Education:
- B.Tech with MBA from premier institutes only
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Technical product knowledge of CRM, Enterprise work flow and AI systems
- Expertise in estimation, project planning and creating SOWs
