Presales Manager
Presales under Infra and Utility domain.
Job Description :Shift : Global Role [Need to flexible with working as shift will be based on the project]
Experience : 5-10 Years (At least 3+ years of relevant experience in core Utilities domain & 2+ Years of experience in presales)
Description : The candidate will responsible for supporting the Sales team in closing medium to Large sized deals in the Utilities business line within DOP. He/she is responsible for supporting the sales team in winning the deal by putting together a solution that addresses client requirements
Roles and Responsibilities : - Responding to RFx / Bid
- Creation of pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales teams
- Coordination with all stakeholders sales, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
- Managing client visits centers during lead to closure cycle
- Understanding and translating buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
- Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other groups
- Creating collaterals, account dockets
- Creating standardized templates for replicating across RFPs
Desired Skills and Competencies :- Excellent skills on work, excel & ppt
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
- Experience with regards to Solution Planning/Deal Shaping preferred
- Prior experience in Utilities Industry is mandatory
Location : Delhi NCR. If profile is really good, then we can consider any PAN India.
