- Master's degree in business administration / Analytics / Product Management or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in sales / presales to banking, insurance or telecom clients.
- Understanding of end customer lifecycle for these segments is preferred.
- Strong analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organisations.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills with ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced and matrixed environment across multiple functions.
- Exposure to credit bureau solutions in India will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Build compelling lender level use cases and provide statistical evidence to support the inferences
- Interact with customers at regular intervals to collect feedback and ensure proper product usage for customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions to meet customer satisfactions levels.
- Create use case-based sales pitches, derive inferences from aggregated data and identify business opportunities.
