Primary responsibilities:
- Play a lead role in managing the end to end bid management and support activities for bids assigned
- Understanding the client's requirement from the deal documents available i.e. RFPs, RFIs and the RFQs
- Contribute in developing a compelling solution and competitive pricing through the various stages of the opportunity ITT to BAFO phase
- Analyse available information and take necessary steps
- Create all the required documentation for bid submissions and presales activities using existing templates. Improvise and customise to make the existing documentation more efficient and effective
- Ensure the bid management process and governance is adhered to for all bids. Streamline the process if required so that future processes are more efficient
- Effectively update, file and manage all information and critical documents related to bids - emails, website uploads, client documents etc. to ensure information is readily available for future reference
- Undertake basic research where required to support the bid e.g. competitors services
