The Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all pre-launch activities from the time of signing a Project up to the launch and start of construction.
The candidate will be expected to do the following on an ongoing basis in respect of planning, coordinating and monitoring all the activities relating to launch and start of construction of new Projects viz:
- Prepare the project master schedule in coordination with relevant regional and functional resources;
- Preparing Project execution plan, Master construction schedule, Target construction schedule;
- Preparing the pre-launch and launch micro activity schedule
- Co-coordinating with relevant teams on design, liaison, sales & marketing, etc to ensure all per-launch and launch activities remain on schedule;
- Coordination with consultants to ensure all pre-launch and launch activities remain on schedule;
- Monitor, red-flag and resolve all issues impacting the pre-launch and launch of the project;
- Creating the baseline business plan for the project and ensuring that there are no deviations from the plan;
- Preparing and tracking Look Ahead Schedules, Countdown Schedules;
- Preparation of DPR , Weekly meeting reports, Monthly Ppt, Monthly MIS, Regional Summary, Director's Report , etc. as per the cut off dates.
- Identification of bottlenecks and coordination with stack holder to resolve same.
- Coordination with stakeholder procurement, design, business development contract, sales, marketing team, execution.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PPT, MS Project, Primavera.
