CTC : 7lac to 9lac p.a. [ fixed ] ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Job Purpose
- To contribute to building CLIENT as a strong brand by:
a) Creating messaging and content for multifaceted platforms
b) Liaising with the media on a regular basis for disseminating messaging and content for positive reinforcement of the CLIENT brand
Job Outline
The job holder as Manager - Marketing & Communications reports to Associate Director - Marketing & Communications and contributes to the department's efforts to build and sustain CLIENT as a strong brand. While executing the job s/he is expected to adhere to established guidelines and standards set by institute.
The job holder interacts with various departments at CLIENT to create messaging and content for collaterals across the board including press releases, websites, marketing collaterals etc. In order to ensure effective execution of the job s/he needs to understand the needs of various departments, analyze the same and contribute accordingly. The incumbent is also expected to seek guidance and support from superiors to enable flawless execution of the job.
The job holder is also required to interact continually with a number of vendors like designers for brochures, newsletters, online portal etc. and photographers and videographers for event coverage. S/he is also required to work closely with web developers for managing and maintaining CLIENT's web-portal.
S/he is also expected to respond to queries flowing in from different sources, primarily the media, in a timely manner and escalate the same to superiors in case there are deviations or issues in handling the same.
The job holder will be expected to already have a deep understanding of how the Indian media works and would have developed relations with the media.

Key Responsibilities/% Time Spent:
1. Information gathering from internal stakeholders for crafting into specific messaging about the Institute as per the set guidelines - 25%
2. Developing messaging and content about the Institute for backgrounders, press releases, marketing collaterals etc - 30%
3. Working with PR Agency to ensure high impact coverage about CLIENT - 25%
4.To create Content (Website & CLIENT Insight) for the media as per set standards and guidelines 20%
