Position : Manager PR & Analyst Relations - Leading IT Product Company

Role :

- Develop PR & AR (Analyst Relations) strategy & programs and manage all media & public relations, social media presence.

- Response management on social media and other consumer forums

- Continuously evaluating tools and systems for effective web crawling

- Create launch sheets for PR use for each new product and service that includes product information, key messaging, competitive analysis, PR tools (media materials, mailer options, video coordination, sampling, etc.),

- Create periodic reports that detail PR efforts and wins across all our PR and Social Media entities

- Establish processes for ongoing communication and education of industry analysts including analyst briefings and inquiry sessions

- Respond to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics

- Will be working with multiple external agencies & vendors

- This role will report to the Marketing Head.

Requirements :

- Approx. 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry having worked with a IT services organization, research firm or advisory or a combination thereof.

- Extensive PR and social media experience with successful track record of garnering top tier media and publicity results.

- Experienced in driving outreach, influence, and visibility with key industry analysts

- The person should have their finger on the pulse of technology enabled developments and a vast network of relevant contacts and relationships

- This candidate must have strong skills in reporting, analyzing, strategizing and communicating
