Position: Manager POSH
Job Summary:
- The POSH /Officer is responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of policies and procedures related to the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. They are responsible for creating a safe and inclusive work environment by addressing complaints, conducting investigations, and providing support to employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to preventing sexual harassment in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees about sexual harassment prevention and their rights.
- Receive and handle complaints regarding incidents of sexual harassment, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity throughout the process.
- Conduct impartial and thorough investigations into reported incidents of sexual harassment, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to employees who have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment, including connecting them with appropriate resources and support systems.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and management teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in sexual harassment prevention and awareness.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management and relevant authorities on the status of reported incidents, investigations, and overall compliance.
- Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity by promoting awareness, understanding, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Review and update policies and procedures periodically to align with changing legal requirements and organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, law, psychology, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Solid understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices related to sexual harassment prevention in the workplace.
- Experience in conducting investigations and handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain neutrality, fairness, and objectivity throughout the investigation process.
- Sensitivity and empathy towards individuals who have experienced sexual harassment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to sexual harassment prevention (where applicable).
- Certification or training in sexual harassment prevention is a plus.

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in HR: MA in Psychology / MBA in HR
Experience: 10 Years +
location: Any metros.
Salary: 35 lacs to 45 Las.
Education: Premier Institute:
Full-time MBA/ Masters Mandatory.
