Position : Manager Policy & Regulations.

MBA from Top Colleges.

Job Role :

- Corporate Strategy Regulation, Policy, Business Development, Power Sales Strategy.

- Interaction and engagement with Government agencies, statutory and regulatory bodies at Central and State level on wind industry specific issues and ensure Company/association's presence and participation in the right forums and on the right issues.

- Market Scanning, Research and tracking developments in the Regulatory/Policy framework and internally relay the same to the respective functions. Analyzing, preparing summary reports and maintain MIS for management reporting.

- Initiating course of action through petitioning appropriate commission, tribunal or civil courts on regulatory matters. Organize/maintain a system for responding to advocacy alerts in a timely manner.

- Preparing response to all kind of draft order/regulations, discussion papers, policy documents etc. issued by Central/State regulators,planning commission or any other government agency.

- Internal knowledge sharing and capacity building.
