P&amp;O Transformation Manager - A global science-based company Location: Hyderabad Position: In this role you will shape and manage the P&amp;O workstream in the GBS transformation program. This workstream has a global scope (with main attention to India) and focuses on elements such as Organizational Development, Organizational Design &amp; Systems, Change leadership. Education level: Master degree preferable in international business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from premiere institutes Required level of experiences: - 10+ years of working experience, preferably in international environments - Experienced in leading global projects - Experience with transformation and change management with exposure in HR Transformation Key Capabilities &amp; Behaviors: - Business acumen: speaks to being able to think and act strategically about the organization's strategic direction and its business in relation to the market (external orientation). You are able to recognize, adapt and anticipate on opportunities for business development as well as changing customer and industry requirements. - Stakeholder management: You are able to maintain and manage a high variety of (senior) stakeholders in a global context, ensuring transparency about the speed and output of the program while being fully aware on the impact on the GbS business results. - Change management: You know how to lead and implement change/transformation and how to embed it in the organization in a sustainable way. - Project management: you have project management skills backed up with a formal education in this field - Pro-active behavior: once you identify and anticipate a problem, obstacle, or opportunity you take action and sets direction in light of this identification to address current or future problems or opportunities. - High Drive to achieve: you set high standards and aim for ambitious performance or for surpassing a standard of excellence. - You are able to collaborate in a virtual manner around the world beyond the borders of you organization - Excellent skills in English.
