Manager -PMS
- Experience around 8 to 12 years in Human Resources - out of which at least the last 3 to 4 years should have been in the IT Industry preferably from a reputed medium to large sized organization.
- The person should be a self-starter with good conceptual clarity on the subject of performance management and good at facts & figures.
- The person should have handled similar role/assignments in previous organization(s)& should have handled a team.
- Should have full-time P.G. Qualification in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
