PMS BD Manager
- Identify new clients and generating leads.
- Abreast of developments in the market and sourcing information necessary to pursue new leads.
- Able to work on the lead and convert it to business.
- Identify and call prospective clients, set appointments, meet them, make cold calls, et al all as needed to attain business objectives.
- To be able to develop a strong database of key people - MD/CFO of top companies
- Understanding the Growth Trends of Top sectors - IT/ITES, Chemical, Financial Institutions
- Strong Market Knowledge.
- Strong networking skills with Clients/Developers/Architects/Vendors
- Thorough understating of latest developments in commercial / industrial projects in the state
