Position : PMS Manager

Department : Human Resources

Reports To: Head HR

Location : Ludhiana, Punjab

Education: MBA (HR)

Essentials :- PMS, PMS designing, Leadership, Communication Excel, PowerPoint, Team Player

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Actively involved in all activities related to PMS (Goal Setting, Midterm, Fresher, Annual Review, Promotion Activities, Communication with the Leaders, generating reports, doing analysis of the data etc.).

- Involved in planning phase of all PMS activities/initiatives and contributing to new PMS design initiatives.

- Highly involved in interaction with various other HR Functions / Associates/ Units Heads for driving PMS related activities.

- Active participation in all strategic initiatives taken by PMS team.

Skills Required:

- Sound Knowledge and exposure of HR Processes, Policies and systems.

- Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint (making and delivering presentations ); Strong Analytical skills.

- Quick response time to queries

- Good communication skills to communicate with Leaders across the organization.

- Collaboration in working with cross-functional teams and solution-oriented behavior.

- Team Player and Leadership skills.

Salary offered: 15-16LPA
