Activities to be performed :
Design Capability:
- Kick-off project, team onboarding, forming and norming, aligning on charter and outcomes
- Team leadership: inspiring, engaging, developing, connectivity, motivation (Difference Makers, goal setting, etc.)
- Manage Team: roles and responsibilities, performance, wellness, feedback/Snapshots, coaching, delegating for dev, perf issues, Talent Link, bots/workflows, other automation efficiency
- Manage Resources: managing all labor types: offshore, onshore, and outsourced - offboarding/onboarding - Talent Link
- Manage SMSs, instructors, facilitators: articulating reqs/attributes, sourcing, IST, onboarding, comms, roles, deliverables, perf issues
- Manage Stakeholders: stakeholder plan, log, escalations, coordination with Strategist & PL, scope creep, debrief and input to value reporting, storytelling/data visualizations, presentations
- Manage collaboration & consulting w/ Enabling L&D Functions: M&A assessments, reporting, LI&T consultations, Fast Track, etc.
- Manage Risk & Issues: risk plan, log, escalations, problem solving
- Manage project: waterfall and agile - project plan - milestones - status updates - PPS
- Manage Design and Develop resources, reviews, stakeholders, timeline
- Manage Compliance and Registration: NASBA reqs, Learner Requests, data quality, issue resolution, compliance documentation
- Collab and coordinate with other Firm functions for project resources and deliverables - MES, DET, Brand, People, P&T, M&S, DDC, Workplace Exp etc.
- Manage content strategy and content reviews including navigating IP, Independence, OFRO considerations
- Manage Procurement process: contracting, renewals, Request IT, invoicing
- Manage project finances: budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, escalations
- Manage comms and change activities: Project naming guidelines, Learner Communications - process, templates, logs, coordination with firm comms resources - social learning elements, Google Sites, gamification elements, etc - FAQ and People Ops Call Center set-up and learner escalations and responses
- Manage learner experience/delivery/release: testing, piloting, accessibility considerations, materials production and distribution, net zero best practices, wellbeing, Crisis preparedness/support, incident
People Leadership:
- Oversees the function to partner with leadership to drive short and long term people strategy from hire to retire relations and other compliance and community support programs.
- Sets clear objectives for team members based on capacity and specialization; Identifies, grooms, rewards and develops high performing team members as future leaders
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
