Responsible for Complete IR activities & able to Manage 500 people in the factory .

- Strategic Labour Relations

- Maintain cordial relations with unions.

- Employee welfare.

- Counselling.

- Ensure positive discipline.

- Rewards strategy.

- Collective Bargaining Agreement (Long-term settlement).

- Capability Development.

- New employee orientation.

- Statutory compliances.

- Liaison with Govt officials.

- Personnel & Administration.

- Corporate Policies implementation.

- Facility Management .

- Time Office administration.

- Records management.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA / MSW - With Exposure In IR - Only Preferred

From : FMCG / FOOD / C D / PAINT / MANUFACTURING Can apply

Experience : 10 to 15 yrs
