Plant IR Manager-Textile Manufacturing
- Lead IR projects and act as a team member and provide timely data and information pertaining to workforce
- Will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day IR activities required by site/manufacturing unit.
- Should have colossal ability to read people well and Provide inputs for evolving and maintaining positive employee relations with insights into the operating legal framework and contributing towards evolving a positive work culture including designing and implementing optimization of work force, motivation strategies and succession planning.
- Coach/ Mentor and guide the team for achieving functional excellence and create succession plan for future for every position including of his/her own.
- SCRUM Management and intricacies involved in other contracts.
- Ensuring no same and similar jobs and Overlapping exists at site.
- Review contract disputes. Ensure appropriate Grievance redressal mechanism is followed.
- Facilitate Employee engagementinitiatives, consultation to improve the engagement at site.
- Mediate labour disputes and grievancesbetween workers and assist in contract negotiations
