Manager - Plant Human Resource - Optical Fiber Manufacturing

The Plant HR Manager would be responsible to manage plant HR operations end to end based out of Hyderabad.

Client Details :

My client is one of the fastest growing company in optical fiber manufacturing space. For their upcoming greenfield project in Hyderabad, they are looking for a Plant professional in a leadership position.

Description :

Reporting to the HR Head, your responsibilities would include :

- Drive local HR activities to meet plant objectives

- Partner with onsite Talent Acquisition team in the hiring of plant workforce and collaborate on strategies to meet current and future labor demands.

- Serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees in promoting constructive employee relations approaches and practices.

- Conduct investigations and recommends action plans, as needed

- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues at the plant, managing expectations throughout

- Provide guidance to staff relating to employment, performance management, organizational development, compensation, employee welfare plans, health & safety, and plant security.

- Working with Compensation, proactively monitor the competitiveness of pay rates.

- Assess the need for training and coordinate delivery

- Coordinate special events such as employee recognition programs, employee activities, etc.

- Be a visible presence on the production floor

- Perform other duties, as required

Profile :

- My client is looking for someone who comes with a minimum of 6 years of experience in handling plant operations. Someone who has good exposure to IR as well. MBA/PG in HR would be preferred.

- Moreover, excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
