Plant HR Manager

- This role is a Plant HR Manager Role reporting into the Plant Head.

Your key roles and responsibilities will be as follows :

- Managing he entire employee life cycle of plant employees

- Managing talent and training needs of blue collared and white collared employees

- Working in accordance with policies and compliances of the plant

- Working with the Plant Head to meet all employee challenges of the plant workforce if at all the successful candidate comes with 10-15 years experience of working within a Plant preferably Pharma Manufacturing unit
