Position - PLANT HR MANAGER

Location - DERABASSI (near to Chandigarh)

We have Opening for HR in Factory.

- Company has Huge Factories where they process meat. This is Buffalo Meat plant.

- They want HR from factory where they have handled 2000++ employees plant.

- He should be working for Big processing Factory, Authority & Control in factory on HR perspective.

- Required Experience in PF audit, Statutory Compliance, Coordination with Head Office HR, Administration.

- Must know how to deal with Factory inspectors and PF people.

- Overall Administration of the Factory and office In charge of plant administration, HR and finance division

- Production planning, food safety check, hygiene and cleanness audit etc.

- Recruitment and training

- Liaison with government bodies and banks

- Labor Management

- Market exploration and innovation

- Over all P&L of the factory
