Responsibilities:
- To handle recruitment process & be integral part of recruitment drives.
- To handle independently on-boarding & Induction
- Responsible to design Induction modules, execute & improvise the modules to set bench-marking induction process in industries.
- Responsible competencies mapping for Roles.
- Independently engages with HOD's to identify pro-active training needs & rolling training calendar.
- Responsible to develop (why-why) tool to identify re-active training needs & ensure execution of training for same.
- Responsible for developing & execution of 'Competency Assessment' Tools.
- Responsible for Annual Assessment
- Co-ordinates & Collaborate for Engagement Initiatives with other HR team-members.
- Facilitates Reward & Recognition Scheme motivate / encourages them for participates
- Work closely with Head Plant-HR involve & encourage to build Quality Culture across plant.
- Ensures discipline within company policy framework & values.
- Responsible for Exit Interview, Attrition (analysis with action plan) and F&F of separating SMT.
- Responsible maintaining & sharing monthly MIS.
