Reporting into the Unit Head, your responsibilities would include the following:  - Responsible for maintaining IR with the plant team for ensuring smooth working of the plant and liasioning with govt. officials to maintain smooth and harmonious work relationship.  - Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for a plant  - Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs  - Ensure compliances to all legal formalities and regulations and handling social accountability issues. Ensuring compliance to legal statutory compliances and handling various legal inspections and liasoning with govt. officials   - Responsible for Admin., Safety & Statutory & Legal Compliance  - Contract Labour Management and Optimum utilization of resources.
