1. Should have a minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing/Plant HR Experience. 2. Should be MBA (HR) from Tier 1 or 2 College. 3. Should be open to work at Mumbai (Corporate) and Pune (Plant) offices whenever needed. 4. Responsible for the entire recruitment process from the Job Evaluation, preparation of Manpower Budget, making of Job Descriptions, Sourcing of Candidates, conducting of Interviews, Salary Fixation, and negotiations with Candidates. 5. Ensuring the entire Employee Life Cycle Management System like right from On-boarding, Induction & Orientation, Confirmation, Transfer, Job Rotation, Career Progression, Separation, etc., are in place and the documents are maintained intact. 6. Need to be responsible for the Payroll and Full and Final Settlement. Responsible for Compensation Surveys and Salary Revisions. 7. Statutory Compliances and Policy Administration: Ensure monthly remittances, Renewal of Employee Benefits Policies (Superannuation, EDLI, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, GPA), and Settlement of Claims. 8. Assist the Senior Manager, HR in the Performance Appraisal Cycle. Involve in Identifying gaps; evaluating potential solutions; implementing changes; Coaching and Counselling the Managers and Employees. 9. Preparation of Training Module for Soft skills/ Technical training for employees/managers. Formulate Individual Development Plans and Succession planning. 10. Employee Interaction & Engagement: Device methods and processes for Better Employee Evaluation, Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Implement Motivational Strategies. 11. Ensure that HR processes are on par with the Best Practices and efficient in producing results and are in line with the Internal Audit standards. 12. Ensure that proper technologies are employed to accomplish effective results. 13. Ensure proper Subordinate development through knowledge sharing, the delegation of work, and empowerment of the workforce. 14. Should be an excellent team player and able communicator.
