- Champion Compensation for associates
Personnel Management :
- Personnel and General administration like
- Union Handling, Managing Contractual Labour, LTS.
- Statutory compliance
- Disciplinary actions
- Grievance redressal
- Counseling
Environment Management :
- Liaison with Govt. /local bodies
- Continuous Engagement and CSR initiatives
- Liaison with Industry bodies, educational institutions, hospitals etc.
