Manager - Plant HR - FMCG

We are looking for plant hr manager in south for MNC FMCG company.

Looking for candidates with good HR+ IR experience.

The position holder is responsible for effective management of employees relations, entire spectrum of HR practices at Plant. The key elements of the role are to:

- Ensure best utilisation of Human Resources;

- Competency identifications and functional skilling for plant employees. Lead role in training administration and judging efficiency and efficacy of training through training MIS;

- Ensure effective implementation of Performance Management System and integrating training and developmental plans with Performance management

- Build up liaison with local HR Managers/HR Forums, Government Officials

- Responsible for the effective and efficient HR administration by proactively establishing policy frameworks to add value and strengthen the current system/process.

Experience: 5+ years
