Hiring for a leading D2C brand in jewellery segment (TATA Group & Other VC Funded.

Role Details:
Responsible for the full scope of HR functions and activities for respective manufacturing units in Jaipur & Mumbai.
2 Position in Jaipur & 1 in Mumbai
Reporting to: VP HRResponsibilities:1. HR Budgeting: - Monitor & control all HR budgets
- Analysis of Variance & implementation of action plans to minimize variance
2. Productivity: - To continuously work on improving people productivity, by promoting new line management concepts, skill building, etc.
3. Statutory Compliance: To ensure 100% compliance to all the Statutes applicable to plant.
4. Talent Management: - Recruit, Induct and Build the Talent particularly at workmen & Staff level in line with the requirements of plant operations.
- Work on a Training calendar basis the Training needs of the Individuals and execute the same in a systematic way.
5.Grievance Redressal & Discipline: - To ensure that the grievances of the associates are redressed effectively on time by following the grievance redressal guidelines.
- To maintain discipline within the plant premises at all levels in accordance with the Company Standing Orders or the relevant Statutory laws.
6. Employee Engagement: To work out a Monthly Employee Engagement plan linked to Plant Business Plan with the alignment of all stakeholders and execute the same effectively
7. HR routines, Processes & Systems:
- To ensure that the Wages & other related payments are made on time.
- To ensure strict compliance to the HR Transformation, Payroll and Systems guidelines without any deviations
8. Contract Labour Management - Liasion with contractors on a regular basis and improve the manning, absenteeism etc.
Education Qualifications & Experience:- MBA- HR (fulltime)- 5+ yrs of relevant experience.Key Attributes:- Willing to be "Hands-on", Team Player , Strong communicator
- Ability to influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues
- Demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to Multi task and deliver on priorities
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced matrix structured organization
