Manager - Plant HR - Consumer Durable

Position : Manager Plant HR / ER (Head Plant HR)

Reporting : Corporate VP HR & Location Head

Location : Faridabad

Company : Consumer Durable MNC

CTC : open upto 30 LPA

Qualification & Experience : 

- MBA - HR / MSW with 14 + Yrs exp in manufacturing units with exposure into IR / union handling. done at-least 2 long term wage settlement with union.

Responsibility :

- Plant level recruitment, training, PMS & Employee Relations Management

Sound knowledge of Factory Act; other related IR Acts and statutory compliances,

- Union dealing, wage agreement,

- Ensure all statutory and legal compliance for the factory

- Compliance with all norms and work practices for workmen as per established Standard Operating Procedures as well as the law

- Pro-actively handle & manage the industrial relations scenario ensuring a peaceful and harmonious working environment with the objective of maintaining a no union situation

- Maintain employee discipline in compliance with the legal procedures

- Ensure implementation of all HR systems and policies in the factory

- Maintain cordial relations with the government authorities, labor commissioner, courts, police, local officials and other statutory bodies
