Compliances and HR Operations:
- Responsible for factory compliance by ensuring all documentation are maintained as per compliance standards and other ASSA ABLOY group audit requirements
- To manage monthly payroll in coordination with payroll partners and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, monthly payroll reports and provisions, employee payroll concerns, budgeting
- To ensure clear and timely follow-up on HR processes across the employee cycle from hiring to exit including onboarding, confirmation, separation, etc.
- Assist managers and employees in understanding HR tools like GPS/Matrix/Reward & Recognition to improve organization performance and to drive positive work culture.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Partner with the central Talent Acquisition team and ensure TAT adherence for open positions
- Support plant operations through manpower planning & recruitments of staff across levels
- Conducting and coordinating the interviews with the central Talent Acquisition team
- Managing campus relations & be a custodian of employer brand
- Planning and execution of effective onboarding of all new joiners, ensuring all required assets/resources are made available on first day of the joining
Training and Development:
- Develop and deploy effective training process to meet the current and future needs of the strategic plans of the organization
- Engage and monitor the performance of fresh graduates and assist in their career planning
- Partner with internal trainers and roll out monthly/yearly training calendar to improve employee competency levels
Employee Engagement:
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional teams by driving employee engagement activities and creating positive work environment
- To execute monthly reports and MIS, and accuracy of the employee database
