Manager - Plant Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing AR/ AP, Inventory/Cost accounting and revenue recognition.

- Manage month end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the site

- Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions.

- Prepare forecast of income statement, balance sheets and statements of cash flows for the plant.

- Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets and identify risks.

- Financial Risk management

- Cost Management: Participate in cost forecast, plan, cost control, analysis and assessment. Play a key role in cost reduction and improved economic benefits.

- Cooperate with finance manager to promote the company's overall budget work.
